Chef Matt

Chef Matt is the youngest of four children, growing up in Bartlett, IL.  From child-hood Matt’s father owned a Body shop in which the family shared in the business.  His father was an honest, respectful, hardworking man, who settled for nothing less than that from others. They shared the love of the outdoors, hunting, fishing, motor sports, and of course FOOD!  Matt’s father saw his passion for food and encouraged him to go to Culinary School.  Matt graduated from Elgin Community College, and went on to do continuing education at the Culinary Institute NY, and Grey Stone CA.  His passion for high quality creative cuisine only continues to grow through out the years spent with Compass. Matt has enjoyed catering all around Chicago with Uber, Pinterest, and many more. He is excited to continue his career with Live Feed.

Chef Manny

Manny’s passion for food was ignited at an early age as he completed his apprenticeship under the direction of his father Executive Chef Rudy Gomez. Since that time he has honed his skills at some of San Diego’s finest dining establishments including Mr. A’s,  Hotel Del Coronado, Harbor House, Viejas and Sycuan Casino.                                                                

Since Joining the Eurest family 22 years ago he has provided headquarters executive level food service and catering at AMN Healthcare, Sony Electronics, Intuit, Qualcomm, E&J Gallo Winery and CalPERS Headquarters California.

During his time with Eurest Manny has had the honor of serving the California region with world class customer service and culinary innovation training and support. Manny enjoys partnering with several community service initiatives in support of compass in the community. He values supporting local farmers and sourcing sustainable foods
